Last weekend I spent the weekend feeling a little deflated and down regarding all the changes that had happened lately and so a good friend of mine, Fiona suggested heading to the local beach with my best childhood friend, Sara rather than going out competing. As it happens, Teddy was staying at mine for the weekend so he came along for the ride too!
It was great to have a gallop along the beach without any care in the world and even better there was barely anyone there. It certainly blew a few cobwebs away!
