As we begin our slow descent from winter and begin to welcome spring in, I spent some time looking at what's hot and what's not this spring.
Cheltenham Festival, The Grand National, Badminton Horse Trials; they are all literally just around the corner - in fact they're so close now I can almost hear the roar erupting from the crowds, the hooves pounding on freshly cut grass, that sudden intake of breath as the horses crosses the finishing line and the smell lingering from the food van.
